TERMS OF SERVICE

All commissions are done digitally.

I have the right to decline a request.

Commissioned art is for personal / non-profitable use only. The client can set the conditions if the commission can be posted publicly by the artist or be held confidential. The client can upload the finished commissions on social media, but the client still has to credit me.

Provide at least one references of what the client wants me to draw (there will be an extra charge if the client can't provide any). Complexity fees in addition to the base price may be charged depending on the complexity of the commission.

My worktime is generally 1-2 weeks, depending on the circumstances of the artist (health, order of commission, complexity, work, school, or family issues).

Don't rush me. The client may ask for progress updates. If there are delays, the client will be notified. Tell me in the commission template if the client has a quick around time deadline. The commission will be prioritized (there will be an extra charge).

Revision acceptable during the sketch process and base coloring (Max 2 times). Once the client has confirmed the drafts, no edits will be made apart from color palettes. Small edits may be allowed in some circumstances but big changes (pose / composition / outfits etc) will definitely not be allowed.

Payment MUST be sent after confirming the sketch.

A softcopy of the commissioned art will be sent via Email in JPEG/PNG format. Please reply to confirm upon receiving the commission. The client will not be receiving a physical copy of the commission.

The client can cancel the commission if payment has yet to be made. Once the payment is received, there will be no option for refunds no refunds (sorry...).
